Savoury Cheese Muffins

Great to have as a tasty, savoury option for lunches, and to prepare and freeze so you've done your Keto Food prep in advance. They certainly meet the standard for 'grab and go.' Take out of the freezer in the morning and they're defrosted by lunchtime. 

This recipe makes 10 muffins. Simply add cheese, eggs and any herbs, veges or left-overs you'd like to use up.

Macros: NC 1.1g Fat 13.7 Protein 11.4g Cal 174  including the cheese and eggs. Modify the carbs for whatever else you add in.

Allergens: This muffin mix contains almond (tree nuts) and while the ingredients are all gluten free, we don't test specifically for it's presence. As they are packed in the same premises as items containing gluten, we store ingredients separately, use separate equipment, carefully schedule and clean in between products as carefully as we can.

Instructions to make: We're saving the planet one toner cartridge and tree at a time so to get an email with the recipe link, at checkout, leave the "keep me updated ,,," option ticked. Also once you have the recipe pack in your hands, take a look on the front label. It has a https: link and when that's typed into a browser address line (not a google search) the recipe downloads. Super handy if you’re giving the Recipe Pack to someone else.
